FIELD COACH ASSOCIATE

The Field Coach Associate supports the development, readiness, and continuous capability building of the Ambassador field force organization, ensuring effective rollout, onboarding, training, and coaching across activities.
The role designs and delivers training programs covering product knowledge, consumer engagement, and brand standards, while conducting coaching sessions, and role-play exercises to reinforce desired behaviours and capabilities.
Working closely with Brand, Digital, Consumer Journey teams,



and external agencies, the Associate contributes to the successful migration to a new global application, new ambassadors onboarding, and field organization enablement for brand launches.

As the Field Coach Associate in the area of Marketing, you will:

• Lead the rollout process, ensuring rapid integration, operational readiness, and effective preparation of the Ambassador organization for field activities.
• Design and deliver training programs covering product knowledge, consumer engagement, brand standards, execution guidelines, and key behaviours expected across ambassador activities.
• Conduct coaching sessions and field observations to reinforce capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and support consistent execution across field touchpoints.
