The Technical Account Manager role operates in a mission-critical data center environment where service availability, technical accuracy and timely communication are essential. The job holder manages multiple customer priorities and coordinates across functions without necessarily having direct authority over delivery teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each customer’s infrastructure, architecture, business priorities, service commitments and growth plans.
• Establish regular technical governance meetings and maintain transparent communication on performance, risks and planned activities.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, incidents, SLA performance and recurring technical issues.




• Lead periodic service and technical performance reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify performance trends, recurring failures and emerging risks, and coordinate preventive and corrective actions.
• Track agreed actions, owners and deadlines through to closure.
• Support root-cause analysis and ensure technical findings and improvement actions are clearly communicated to customers.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical actions for Operations, Engineering, Projects, Security, IT and vendors.
• Represent customer technical priorities in internal planning and operational forums.
• Coordinate customer communication during major incidents and technical escalations.
• Ensure timely, accurate and consistent updates are provided throughout the incident lifecycle.
