We are looking for District Manager to join our team at Bobcat.

As District Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence across your region and building long-term success with our dealer network. You will be the trusted business partner for our dealers, helping them grow, perform,



and deliver outstanding results for Bobcat and our customers.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on building strong business relationships, spotting opportunities in the market, and turning strategy into action.

We're looking for someone who:

• Owns and develops strong relationships with an assigned dealer network across the region

• Works closely with dealers to build practical business plans, support growth, and improve performance

• Regularly visits dealers and customers to stay close to the market and understand business needs first-hand

• Sets, monitors, and drives sales and financial targets in line with business objectives

• Builds accurate forecasts and uses market insight to anticipate changes and opportunities

• Identifies gaps in coverage, performance, or execution and brings forward improvement ideas

• Acts as a trusted point of contact for dealer questions rela
