Role
In this role based in Fiorano, Italy, you will be in charge of customer relationship management, from ordering to invoicing. This is a fixed-term role until December 2027.

Responsibilities
• Front office procedure
• Welcome the truck drivers and provide them with the Site Security Rules
• Contact with forwarders (including import/export documentation)
• Purchase orders creation
• Enter orders in SAP
• Track orders to billing
• Respond to customer requests (delivery time, invoicing, disputes, etc.)
• Support the team in case of workload
• Support for month end closure procedure

Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role (order management, customer service, etc.)
• Logistics for customer service experience including with billing-shipping
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft programs




• Experience in maintaining good communication and relationships with with customers and other teams (sales, factories, amongst others)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Rigor, autonomy
• Dynamism and problem solving
• Team spirit and mutual assistance
