Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Viata is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Sales Specialist supports customers in selecting suitable products, explains key features and benefits, and provides clear, accurate information to guide purchasing decisions. The position involves handling in-person and phone inquiries, responding to customer needs promptly,



and ensuring a positive experience that aligns with Viata’s standards of care and service. The Sales Specialist collaborates with the wider team to achieve sales targets, manages product displays and inventory in the sales area, and contributes to promotional activities and campaigns. This role also includes gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with management to improve processes and offerings.
