We are looking for a Marketing & Event Specialist to work closely with an IT Consulting company, helping turn business priorities, offerings and projects into effective communication initiatives.
A key focus will be on events and content development: defining the communication concept, key messages and narrative, while coordinating execution with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Your Role
Events & Communication Initiatives
• Contribute to the definition and development of Corporate events, from the initial communication concept through to execution.
• Define the event narrative, key messages, agenda structure and content, working with company experts and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that events clearly communicate the value of the participating companies’ offerings and expertise, rather than focusing solely on technology or product features.
• Support the development of speaker content, presentations, invitations, web pages, social media content and other communication assets related to each initiative.




• Identify the most appropriate format and communication approach according to the objective and target audience of the event.
• Coordinate agencies, venues and external suppliers where required, while maintaining ownership of the communication objectives, content and overall quality of the initiative.
• Support the amplification of events before, during and after the event through relevant digital and communication channels.

Marketing Support
• Act as a communication and marketing focal point, working closely with the teams to understand business priorities, offerings, projects and communication needs.
• Support companies in defining and developing marketing and communication initiatives, identifying the most relevant topics, audiences, messages and channels.
• Help translate technology capabilities and offerings into clear, business-relevant communication messages.
• Propose new communication opportunities and formats to increase the visibility of
