Job description:

• Role Purpose:
• Lead the architectural vision, governance and evolution of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and GenAI platforms driving multi-cloud, LLM orchestration and integration design for large-scale telecom ( preferred)) deployments.
• Strong focus on AI/ML and cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in AI services around AWS Kiro & Bedrock — OpenAI, ML PromptFlow, Cognitive Services (CLU, Speech, Q&A;).
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and RAG patterns.
• Proven ability to design multi-cloud architectures spanning AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j), NoSQL (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), and event-driven architectures (Kafka).




• Experience with DevSecOps toolchains — GitHub Actions, SonarQube, JFrog, shift-left security practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to present architectural decisions to CXO-level audiences.
• Own solution architecture for multi-channel virtual assistant and GenAI-powered agent support platforms.
• Govern data pipelines processing very high volume events via Python ETL to cloud analytics platforms.
• Lead P1/P2 incident escalations and cross-functional war room resolution across platform stack.
