The EIB, the European Union's bank is seeking to recruit for its Projects Directorate (PJ), Sustainability, Advisory & Impact Department (SAI), DG Coordination Office Division (DGCO) , at its headquarters in Luxembourg, Associate Internal Communications Specialist *. This is a tempo pieno position at grade 4 . The term of this contract will be 3 years.

Purpose

Join the EIB’s Projects Directorate and contribute to clear, engaging and effective internal communication across PJ. In this role, you will support the implementation of the PJ communications strategy by helping identify communication needs, develop communication solutions and deliver high-quality content, events,



presentations and intranet updates in close collaboration with the PJ Internal Communications Officer and in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Specific Post Environment

You will join the DG Coordination Office (DGCO), within the Sustainability, Advisory & Impact Department (SAI), as part of the EIB’s Projects Directorate. Reporting to the Head of DG Coordination Office, you will work closely with and under the supervision of the PJ Internal Communications Officer.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the way PJ communicates internally, helping colleagues share information, stories and guidance through relevant channels. You will support the preparation of engaging content, presentations, events and awareness sessions, and help maintain PJ intranet pages so that information remains relevant, up to date and aligned with corporate branding and intranet policies.
