Job Description
We are currently seeking a Global Collection & Retail Merchandiser dedicated to Homeware / Art of Living, including Art de la Table, decorative objects, home textiles & furniture, to join our team in Milan. The role will contribute to defining the category’s long-term strategy and act as its project manager, coordinating all teams involved and providing 360° support to the Lifestyle Merchandising Team, maximizing synergies with other Lifestyle categories.
How you will contribute
Collection Merchandising
• Contribute to defining the category’s long-term strategy and development roadmap with the Lifestyle team
• Build collection plans and pricing architecture, balancing product families,
materials and price points
• Work with Design and Product Development from initial briefs to collection edits and final offer.
• Translate sales performance, regional feedback and competitor insights into collection recommendations.
• Support pricing and margin reviews, considering production constraints, minimum order quantities and lead times.
• Follow collaborations and special projects, coordinating merchandising inputs and development milestones with internal teams.
• Coordinate the category from development to launch, aligning priorities, timelines and responsibilities across all teams involved, identifying and maximizing synergies with other Lifestyle categories.
Retail Merchandising
• Define assortment and distribution recommendations by market, store cluster and channel.
• Coordinate buying campaigns, including collection presentations, buying guidelines, master orders and region
