We are looking for a Digital Communication & Marketing Specialist to support both corporate digital communication and the marketing activities of the Company.

The role combines hands-on content creation with experimentation around Generative AI, content personalisation and new digital formats across corporate website and social media channels, , with hands-on support in planning and executing communication initiatives, campaigns and events.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a practical interest in digital innovation, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Your Role
Digital Content, GenAI & Campaigns
• Create, edit and manage digital content for the website, corporate social media channels and other digital communication touchpoints.
• Turn technology, business projects and innovation topics into clear and engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Experiment with Generative AI tools to support content creation, adaptation, research, optimisation and production workflows.




• Test opportunities for content personalisation, adapting messaging and formats to different audiences, interests and stages of the user journey.
• Contribute to the development of new digital content experiences and formats across the website and organic social media channels.
• Design and test lightweight AI-powered tools, agents or automated workflows that can improve content production, management or personalisation.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, partners and suppliers to coordinate activities, timelines, assets and deliverables.
• Monitor content performance, analyse relevant KPIs and use insights to improve future activities.
• Keep up to date with emerging GenAI tools, digital communication trends and new approaches that could be tested within the Company.
