Your Mission

As a Sales Engineer, you will grow our business across Emilia Romagna and Tuscany by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationships. You will help industrial customers turn complex requirements into effective rotary union and customized technical solutions while developing existing accounts and opening new business opportunities. Working closely with technical, production, and customer service teams, you will contribute directly to sustainable sales and margin growth. Your curiosity and commercial drive will help us shape the future of industrial applications in an increasingly connected and technology-driven environment.

How you will make a difference

• Develop the territory: You implement the commercial strategy for Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, identify market potential, and expand our customer base.
• Build customer partnerships: You manage and develop existing accounts while proactively acquiring new customers and business opportunities.
• Deliver technical solutions: You analyze customer requirements, read technical drawings,



and recommend rotary unions and customized solutions that create real value.
• Drive profitable growth: You prepare quotations, lead commercial negotiations, and take ownership of achieving revenue and margin objectives.
• Connect expertise: You collaborate closely with our technical office, production, and customer service teams to ensure customers receive the right solution and support.
• Strengthen market presence: You maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting, monitor competitors and market developments, and represent us at trade fairs and industry events in Italy and abroad.

What you should be good at

• Technical foundation: You have a technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, electrotechnical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline, and you are confident reading technical drawings.
• Industrial sales expertise: You bring at least five years of B2B sales experience in an indust
