We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new adidas outlet store in Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village, a premier shopping destination in Liguria.

As a Store Manager, you will drive performance, lead and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience in a premium retail environment.

Your Role & Impact

Lead the full management of the store, ensuring its commercial success and driving profitability by:

• Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Managing all store resources to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
