About the Role:
The Banking Department is responsible for the development and the management of personal banking services of the bank. Is responsible for the account opening of personal and corporate customers and for the daily services for the customers of the bank. In also responsible for promoting marketing activities, but also monitoring the compliance of daily operation, as first line of defense of the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
• manage front-office and retail customer reception activities;
• provide assistance to personal banking daily operations;
• provide telephone and e-mail assistance to retail clients.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Economics, Finance or Law. Other degrees will not be considered for this position;
• Chinese language mother tongue level or bilingual;
• Excellent English;
• Excellent Italian;
• Good command of the Office package;
• Strong orientation to team work, flexibility and precision;
• At least 2 years of previous working experience in the field.
Location: Milan, Italy (On-site job)
Gross annual salary: €35.000-€37.000
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's profile and experience.
