Your opportunity

We are looking for an Project Manager Equipment Supply (PMES) in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers. The position is open in Parma or Mantua.

Your Mission

• Lead end-to-end project execution, confirming a complete scope of supply, responsibilities and milestones at the kick-off meeting.
• Manage scope changes and assess their impact on schedule, cost and quality, keeping stakeholders aligned on next steps.
• Own project planning and monitor critical activities to support delivery on schedule and to Sidel quality standards.
• Connect Engineering, S&OP;, Procurement, Quality, Production Centers and suppliers throughout order fulfilment, driving decisions that support On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Anticipate risks, resolve deviations, escalate critical issues and support cost control through clear KPI reporting.




• Share lessons learned, improve ways of working, and coach the team to strengthen capability and accountability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with fluency in English.
• Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the confidence to work across functions and suppliers.
• A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving, priorities and change.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset that helps build alignment.
• Curiosity, learning agility and a commitment to developing both processes and people.
• Supply Chain experience, particularly 2–3 years, or experience in the beverage industry is a plus—not a requirement.
