Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Portfolio & Market Intelligence

- Support the marketing agenda and annual plans, translating business objectives into coordinated go-to-market and Sales action plans.
- Contribute to product portfolio management, pricing excellence and selected business-development initiatives.
- Build market, competitor, customer and pricing intelligence, including market share, Voice of Customer and customer-satisfaction insights.
- Turn insights into decision-ready recommendations that identify growth, margin and cash-generation opportunities.

Execution, Analytics & Communications

- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, defining scope, responsibilities, timelines, governance, budgets and KPIs.
- Support Sales with qualified lead generation, sales-enablement tools, customer presentations and implementation of agreed plans.
- Monitor campaign, digital, lead-conversion and commercial performance; recommend corrective actions and report business impact and ROI.
- Support CRM, marketing automation, website content, SEO, SEM, social media and digital advertising.
- Work with the Marketing Communication Specialist on content, brand consistency and external communications, events and promotional materials.
- Coordinate agencies and specialist suppliers and embed completed projects into measurable processes and recurring routines.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience in a B2B industrial or international environment.
- Proven experience across strategic marketing, portfolio or product management, pricing or commercial excellence, market intelligence and marketing communications.




- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and converting analysis into decisions, implementation plans and measurable business results.
- Experience in packaging, labels, specialty materials, paper, chemicals or process manufacturing is a strong plus; international and multicultural experience is preferred.

- Strategic, analytical and commercially focused, with strong financial acumen and hands-on execution.
- Strong project, process, change-management and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across functions and work with autonomy and accountability.
- Proficiency in marketing planning, go-to-market, portfolio and pricing fundamentals, market intelligence, business cases, KPIs and performance reporting.
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and digital marketing; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Familiarity with business-intelligence tools is a plus.

Language & Travel

- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Availability for national and international travel as required.

- Casalgrasso (CN) – Hybrid following NMS Policy
