Description

As an HR Admin Support , you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Italy department. You will be responsible for various administrative activities related to employee reporting, benefits, and compliance. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role. Italy, hybrid on site in Turin or Remote
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities for Italy, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up. Maintain and update employee records, reports, and HR documentation in line with local requirements and internal processes. Assist with mandatory employment-related communications and administrative submissions, including areas such as hires, terminations, contract changes, lavoro da remoto agreements, and workplace accident reporting.



Administer or support Italy-specific administrative channels and documentation, including PEC communications, DURC requests, certificates, self-declarations, and company statements. Support the completion of recurring compliance, reporting, and statistical obligations (ISTAT surveys, etc.). Provide operational assistance for timekeeping, employee data updates, and related checks, escalating anomalies or questions where needed. Assist with documentation and reporting related to local training funds or financed training plans, such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, where applicable. Support employees, managers, and internal stakeholders with HR administrative queries, helping route requests appropriately and ensuring a consistent service experience. Adapt to evolving HR processes, tools, and service delivery models, supporting new ways of working and contributing to operational efficiency.
