The Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking a detail oriented team member to perform intermediate professional work collecting, organizing and evaluating planning data. Employees in this classification assist boards and commissions; coordinate divisional plan reviews; maintain records; and prepare reports. Examples of duties Provides MPO Board and Advisory Committee support including developing agenda items, preparing agenda packets, leading meetings and presenting items.




Coordinates meeting logistics and maintains documentation and records. Supports core MPO transportation planning programs through the Continuing, Cooperative, and Comprehensive (3 Cs) transportation planning process including assisting in the development and implementation of the LRTP, TIP, and UPWP.
Provides technical analysis and data reporting by managing, interpreting, and reporting transportation data, multimodal conditions, congestion management performance, safety and freight data, assisting in the creation of maps, datasets, GIS, and other MPO tools. Leads compliance, documentation, and grant management activities as required by funding partners and the Grants Office including documenting, tracking, and maintaining records to ensure accuracy in preparation for audits, certification reviews and FDOT, FHWA and County oversight.
