Who we are looking for We are looking for a hybrid profile combining energy engineering expertise with strong client-facing and commercial skills. A professional able to understand the technical complexity of energy systems while clearly and credibly engaging with customers and prospects. You will translate technology into business value and become a key contributor to Veil's growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity, satisfaction, and project development.



Support technical and commercial teams in defining energy solutions (renewables, BESS, cogeneration, efficiency, EMS). Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand energy needs and identify growth opportunities. Prepare technical assessments, preliminary analyses, and commercial presentations. Collaborate with the product team and energy engineers to define system configurations and project scenarios.
Contribute to onboarding processes and continuous improvement of customer success activities. Participate in trade fairs, events, and meetings with technical and decision-making stakeholders. Prerequisites Degree in Energy, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or 2–3 years of professional experience in the energy sector. Solid knowledge of energy systems: renewables, cogeneration, BESS, energy efficiency, tariff structures, and energy market dynamics (PUN). Ability to interpret energy data, KPIs
