To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for an experienced, creative, and quality-driven Pastry Chef / Demi Chef Pâtisserie (m/f/d) who will enrich our team with passion, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Your Tasks
Preparation of attractive and varied cakes and tarts as well as desserts according to the SAN SONNEA food concept under the direction of the Chef de Patisserie
Preparation of an attractive and varied dessert buffet
Responsibility for the cleanliness of the counter
Serving plates at the pass
Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your Profile
Professional qualification as a patissier or an equivalent diploma or experience in the upscale gastronomy sector
Basic knowledge of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine
Passion for the profession
Enthusiasm for teamwork
Willingness to learn
Creativity
Openness to new ideas
Ability to work under pressure
