The Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking a detail oriented team member to perform intermediate professional work collecting, organizing, and evaluating transportation planning data.

Examples of duties
- Provides technical planning support, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing transportation data, supports development of plans, studies, and reports, assist with performance measures and program compliance.




- Assist with MPO planning compliance including documenting planning processes, assisting with reporting requirements, maintaining documentation, files, schedules, audits and reviews.
- Supports the MPO Board and committees in the development of agendas, meeting packages, and support materials. Attends and assists with preparing and conducting meetings, drafting minutes and related documentation.
- Assists with Public Involvement and Community Engagement activities, preparing and assisting with meeting materials, notices, maps, and presentations, attends outreach events, and records public comments.
- Assists with Project and Program Monitoring including supporting MPO projects, grants, and related planning activities, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and providing ongoing support for the MPO's core documents including the UPWP, TIP, and LRTP.
