ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

AGAP2, an engineering and IT consulting company within the MoOngy Group, is looking for a Mechanical Draftsman to join an international company specialising in the development and manufacturing of solutions for the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

In this role, you will support the engineering team in the design and development of complex components, contributing to the preparation of technical drawings and the management of project documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and update 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Manage and organise technical documentation through PDM/PLM systems, ensuring document traceability and revision control.
- Support project planning and activity monitoring using Microsoft Project.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and documentation to support projects and manufacturing activities.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical documentation.




- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with deadlines and company quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or Mechanical Designer, preferably in industrial or automation environments.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D technical drawing and design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project for project planning and activity monitoring.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Knowledge of Italian is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisational skills, and a team-oriented approach.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Knowledge of 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience in technical documentation management and the use of PDM systems; familiarity with Documenta is a plus.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or industrial automation sectors.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and complex design specifications.
