Our core products help independent professionals and small businesses get paid, manage their finances, and operate internationally with ease. We're a fast-growing, remote-first team building compliant financial infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.

We're looking for a Sales Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and support our growing pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales and business development team, taking ownership of the full sales cycle — from qualifying leads to closing deals with freelancers and B2B customers.

What you'll do: Qualify inbound leads and proactively source outbound opportunities Run product demos and onboarding calls with prospective customers Manage the full sales pipeline in Pipedrive,



keeping records accurate and up to date Coordinate with our Customer Success Manager for smooth handoff after signing Provide feedback from the field on customer needs, objections, and market trends Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B services Comfortable working with CRM tools (Pipedrive) to manage and track pipeline Strong English (written and spoken) Self-discipline for remote work — available and responsive during working hours (10:00–17:00) Setup: Remote, full-time, working hours 10:00–17:00 We don't run on rigid performance metrics — what matters to us is discipline, ownership, and genuine effort Any relocation or residence/work permit arrangements, if required, are the candidate's own responsibility
