In this role you will design, deploy, and govern a global, scalable commercial capability framework across regions. You'll collaborate with regional leaders and BUs to align training priorities and drive capability development. This position combines strategic design with hands-on execution to elevate commercial performance in a remote Italy-based setup.

content management, reporting, and LMS networks ~ Measure training impact, analyze gaps, and provide actionable insights to leadership ~ Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience ~7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles ~ Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects ~ Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) ~ Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone, Workday Learning) ~ MS Excel ~ M365 Copilot / ChatGPT / Claude ~ Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
