What You’ll Be Doing (The Impact):
- Own the Event Lifecycle: Mastermind the logistics and guest experiences for assigned projects,
driving them across the finish line on time and with absolute excellence.
- Hunt for Top Talent: Deep-dive into internal databases, LinkedIn, Google, and beyond to build powerful lead lists of target accounts and high-profile executives.
- Craft Compelling Campaigns: Write highly personalized, engaging email invitations that cut through the noise and capture the attention of busy industry leaders.
- Engage with Authority: Pick up the phone and confidently pitch to senior executives, using professional, persuasive communication to secure their attendance.
- Build an Elite Network: Source, pitch, and nurture relationships with industry experts, top speakers, and moderators to ensure our event content is unmatched.
