Overview In this role you diagnose and resolve complex vehicle faults to minimize downtime and ensure first-time-right repairs. You will support dealerships on-site and remotely across Italy, using OEM diagnostic tools to tackle electrical and drivability issues. You'll document findings clearly and coach technicians, feeding insights into continuous improvement. This position combines hands-on diagnostics with cross-functional collaboration to support vehicle workshops and fleets.

Responsabilità Provide on-site and remote diagnostic support to dealerships and repairers Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults Operate OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing,



and parameterization Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation Support individual cases and broader fleet issues Create clear technical reports and case updates Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement processes Requisiti fondamentali Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams Ability to support and guide technicians Preferred: field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand OEM/importer technical support background Clear communication Coaching and mentoring Collaborative mindset OEM diagnostic tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay
