Consultant - Cyber Enterprise Identity - NextHub Bari

We are looking for a Consultant to join the Cyber Enterprise Identity team at Deloitte NextHub in the Bari office, working in Hybrid mode.

In the Enterprise Identity team, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with younger colleagues, starting to develop leadership skills and identifying the best solution for the client.

You will be involved in projects covering the entire IAM lifecycle: from the assessment and design phase to the implementation and operational management of access provisioning solutions.

Your Role

The Consultant will be part of a team and will be responsible for:





* Supporting feasibility studies and software selection based on business and IT requirements
* Defining IAM/IGA/PAM architectures and strategies in collaboration with corporate stakeholders
* Modeling HR-driven IAM processes and access control (RBAC/ABAC, SoD)
* Configuring and integrating market-leading IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, PingIdentity, Okta)
* Drafting technical documentation and supporting testing, training, and go-live activities

What we offer

The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 28,000 and EUR 34,000 for the Consultant grade, in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.

The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position requirements.

Winning Requirements

* Diploma or Degree with STEM focus
* At least 3 years of experience in IAM/IGA/AM/PAM projects
* Knowledge of IAM
