San Clemente Palace Venice seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all dining outlets, bars, banquets, and events in Venice. You will lead and mentor the F&B; team, plan staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with culinary leadership on menus and presentation.
You will monitor guest satisfaction, manage inventory, vendor relationships, and safety compliance while driving profitability through cost control and revenue strategies. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.
