monitor market trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and procurement performance. /li /ul h3What you should be good at /h3 ul libProfessional foundation: /b You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline and bring seven to ten years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. /li libLeadership: /b You have at least three years of experience leading purchasing teams and can develop people through clear priorities, accountability, and constructive collaboration. /li libStrategic procurement: /b You have strong capabilities in supplier negotiation, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier development, and commercial decision‑making. /li libOperational expertise: /b You understand manufacturing processes, inventory management, supply chain operations, and ERP‑based purchasing. Experience with IFS is an advantage. /li libAnalytical mindset: /b You use data, market insights, and structured problem‑solving to manage cost, improve performance, mitigate risk, and support sound business decisions. /li libInternational communication: /b You communicate fluently in Italian and English, work effectively in a multinational environment, and are available for occasional domestic and international travel.
