You'll work closely with Account Managers, Technical Service colleagues and global application experts, combining practical feed-mill knowledge with science to solve customer challenges. /ppThis is a bregional European role /b with a strong hands-on and customer-facing focus. You'll play an important part in expanding our enzyme business by helping customers achieve reliable application and enzyme performance in their feed production processes. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDiagnose and solve application challenges at customer feed mills, identifying the causes of variation in enzyme performance and in-feed recovery across conditioning, pelleting, cooling, dosing and sampling processes. /liliLead customer application projects from technical assessment through installation, commissioning, optimisation and handover, including post-pellet liquid application (PPLA), dosing and process improvements. /liliBuild and manage technical partners across Europe, including equipment suppliers, engineering companies and installation partners. /liliSupport commercial growth by developing technical business cases, project costings and customer solutions in partnership with Account Managers.



/liliBuild technical capability across the organisation by training Sales and Technical Service colleagues and sharing market and application insights with global teams. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliDegree in feed technology, process/mechanical engineering, animal science or a related field. /lili5-7+ years of relevant experience in feed manufacturing, feed process engineering, plant/production management, or application engineering within feed equipment or feed additives. /liliStrong hands-on knowledge of feed mill processes, including grinding, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling and dosing. /liliExperience leading technical projects involving installation, commissioning, start-up, optimisation and troubleshooting, including coordination with external contractors. /liliAbility to work directly with customers and translate technical challenges into practical and commercially viable solutions. /liliFluent English and willingness to travel across Europe. /li /ulh3It would be a plus if you have /h3ulliExperience with liquid application or post-pellet liquid application (PPLA) systems. /liliKnowledge of enzymes or other heat-sensitive feed additives, including recovery analysis and sampling protocols. /liliPrevious customer-facing or commercial experience, including business cases and project costing. /liliAn additional European language, such as French, German,
