Your goal will be to ensure that requests are technically justified and aligned with product quality standards and you will proactively help in the configuration of emerging field issue /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliReview and assess warranty requests submitted by dealers /liliValidate the technical consistency of component replacement requests /liliIdentify potential non-quality-related causes (e.g. misuse, diagnostic errors, maintenance issues) /liliCollaborate with Engineering, After Sales, and Field Quality teams on complex cases /liliSupport failure trend analysis and continuous product improvement /liliEnsure compliance with warranty policies and procedures /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or similar) or technical background /liliStrong analytical mindset and attention to details /liliBasic knowledge of vehicle systems (powertrain, chassis, E/E) /liliGood communication and teamwork skills /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience or internship in automotive or commercial vehicles /liliKnowledge of diagnostic tools or warranty processes /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
