You'll lead the Client Service EMEA America teams, set the sales and account strategy, and be accountable for regional revenue, PL and profitability. This is a leadership role for someone who combines a strong market research background with a proven sales track record and experience leading teams. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ulliOwn the region's sales targets, PL and profitability /liliLead strategic sales initiatives to open new markets and drive sustained revenue growth /liliTranslate company strategy into action across the regional client service team /liliLead high-level pitches, negotiations and client meetings to win new clients and grow existing accounts /liliLead, mentor and develop the client service team, fostering a culture of excellence /liliSet direction on sales and account management to keep clients satisfied and loyal /liliReview and approve complex proposals and quotes prepared by junior team members /liliOversee the regional project portfolio,
