The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA. /ppbThis position is offered as a fixed-term contract (with a duration between 9-12 months). /b /ppFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in bBönen or Frechen (Germany), or Agrate Brianza (Italy) or Madrid (Spain) /b. The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the selected candidate. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. /liliMaintain professional communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. /liliOptimize transport routes and logistics flows to reduce freight costs and environmental impact. /liliSupport and coordinate stock availability across the network. /liliProactively work to maximize service levels and customer satisfaction. /liliContribute to the achievement of departmental and individual performance targets. /liliWork as part of a dedicated European team focused on continuously improving and optimizing logistics operations across Europe.



/liliManage ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking through delivery. /liliPrepare, review, and process freight documentation, including bills of lading and related transport documents. /liliHandle import customs formalities and prepare customs declarations where required. /liliCoordinate cargo bookings with shipping lines and organize inland transportation by truck or rail. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliRelevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international environment. /liliExperience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. /liliAdvanced-level German language skills and strong verbal and written English communication skills. Additional languages are considered an advantage. /liliProactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. /liliAbility to optimize transport operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. /liliCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliExperience working with logistics, order management, and planning systems.
