h3bWe’re hiring: Senior Account Project Manager /b /h3 pTurin, Italy | Hybrid | Partita IVA /p h3bAbout us /b /h3 pthisandco is an independent creative agency based in Turin, working with brands in Italy and internationally across strategy, social media, content, creators, community and creative direction. /p pWe’re looking for a bSenior Account Project Manager /b to join our team and take the lead on client relationships and creative projects, from brief to delivery. /p pThis is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage clients, people and projects with clarity and confidence, and has a strong understanding of social media and today’s communication landscape. /p pYou’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams, making sure everyone is aligned, projects move forward and the quality of the work stays high. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 ul liManage and build strong relationships with key clients. /li liLead projects from brief to final delivery. /li liUnderstand client needs and turn them into clear briefs and priorities for the team. /li liBe the main connection between clients and our creative, strategy, social and production teams. /li liLead client meetings, presentations, project updates and feedback rounds. /li liManage timelines, budgets, scopes, resources and deliverables across multiple projects. /li liOversee social media projects and deliverables, working closely with social, creative and content teams. /li liKeep projects moving, anticipating problems and finding solutions before they become blockers. /li liCoordinate internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and production partners. /li liMake sure expectations are clear on both the client and team side. /li liIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop longer-term relationships. /li liSupport pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
