This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country. /ppThe Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces. /ph3Job Description /h3h3What you will do… /h3ulliBring delicious flavours to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen. /liliNurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves. /liliMake sure things are running without a hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are sky-high. /liliWork with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to make the best food out there. /liliEnsure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas. /liliPay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before! /li /ulh3What we’re looking for… /h3ulliIndividuals.
