pbBanca Generali /b ( a Private Bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for a bSenior Digital Platform Specialist /b for its Milan office. /p pTheb Digital Platform /b structure has the objective to design, project and manage digital tools for the network of Financial Advisors, focus on digital tools supporting bFinancial Advisors and Wealth Management processes /b. /p pThe role involves end-to-end ownership of digital platforms and initiatives, ensuring their evolution, adoption, and performance over time, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. /p ul liGather and define business requirements, translating them into functional specifications /li liManage digital projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, release) /li liCoordinate with IT, UX/UI teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders /li liOversee testing phases (UAT) and solution validation /li liMonitor project KPIs and platform performance /li liIdentify improvements and optimization opportunities for digital processes /li liContribute to the definition of the digital roadmap /li liPrepare communication, training, and release support materials /li liConduct benchmarking and analysis of market trends in digital innovation /li liMonitor and drive platform adoption across the Financial Advisor network (usage KPIs, engagement, feedback collection) /li liDefine and execute continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and data analysis /li liContribute to the evolution of AI-enabled digital services (e.g. virtual assistants, knowledge base).
