This role leads Analytical and Microbiology testing and release, aligning Parma operations with the Biopharm network strategy and ensuring cGMP compliance across the department.
The director will provide technical leadership to QC supervisors, manage investigations, CAPAs, and collaborations with R&D;, Global QC, manufacturing sites, and partners.
