You will help strengthen payroll processes while Accountabilities: successful system delivery and compliance with applicable requirements. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 pThe Workday Payroll Analyst will oversee payroll testing and validation throughout implementation and deployment, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and readiness for production. /p ul liServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll during implementation and deployment activities. /li liLead payroll testing initiatives, including system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, regression testing, parallel payroll testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). /li liValidate payroll configurations, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and applicable compliance requirements. /li liDevelop and execute detailed test scripts, document testing results, and coordinate defect resolution with technical and business teams. /li liCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance,
