/li liSupport critical customer escalations and major quality incidents. /li liCoach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem-solving techniques. /li liStandardize and promote best-in-class problem-solving methodologies across the organization. /li liCollaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, RD, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams. /li liSupport new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks. /li liPresent technical findings, recommendations, and project results to senior leadership and customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li8-10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. /li liAt least 5 years of hands-on experience applying the bShainin Red X® problem-solving methodology /b. /li liCertified Shainin Red X® Practitioner. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liDeep expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE). /li liAdvanced statistical analysis skills using Minitab or equivalent tools.
