Crunch is the core technology for our syndicated data products, custom research, and first‑party research hub. Your work will involve researching, conceptualizing ideas, and designing and testing user flows, wireframes and interfaces. /p pUnderstanding diversity of opinion requires diversity of background and the diversity of our biggest asset, our people, helps ensure the voices of our global panel is truly representative. /p h3Here’s a Breakdown Of What You’ll Do /h3 ul liArticulate your own design strategy and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, aligning work to strategic key results. /li liCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and the larger Design group to ensure consistency, usability, and feasibility. /li liContribute to the design process in all stages of the product development lifecycle. /li liMaintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system in sync with the other Platform teams. /li liMonitor performance/usage data and other key measures, enabling you and your team to uncover opportunity areas and measure the impact of the team’s work.



/li liDesign and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions. /li liLeverage quantitative and qualitative sources to understand how our customers use our tools, where opportunities lie, and to measure the impact of solutions. /li liYou’ll bring your curiosity and a fearless approach to building, testing, and delivering world‑class data product experiences. /li /ul h3These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview /h3 ul li5+ years in Product Design role with a portfolio of shipped products. /li liProven experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces. /li liExperience with design systems creation and maintenance. /li liStrong foundation in typography, iconography, and colour theory. /li liExperience building design research plans and conducting user research. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools. /li liStrong knowledge of accessibility standards. /li liExcellent English, written and verbal. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBackground in Agile/Scrum development environments. /li liExperience with A/B testing and experimentation. /li liExperience with data visualization tools. /li liFamiliarity with analytics platforms. /li /ul pThis is a bremote opportunity /b open to candidates located in the bUK, Italy, or Poland /b. /p h3Compensation /h3 ul liItaly: Base salary of approximately €60k-€65k per year, plus bonus and benefits. /li liPoland: Base salary of approximately PLN 200k-260k per year, plus bonus and benefits.
