/liliStrong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including power availability, land, development readiness, and infrastructure constraints. /liliProven ability to originate opportunities through market outreach, relationship building, and direct partner engagement. /liliExperience evaluating greenfield developments, JVs, project acquisitions, or MA opportunities. /liliWorking knowledge of power markets and experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, commercial, finance, and executive teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
