The Candidate will be part of the Group Controlling team, based in Vicenza, and will report directly to the Senior Industrial Controller.
Roles & responsibilities:
Plant Controlling Support
Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance across the Group's plants;
Analyze direct labor, indirect labor and manufacturing overhead costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement;
Monitor operational KPIs, including efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing costs.
Costing and product cost analysis
Define, maintain and monitor standard costs for finished goods and raw materials;
Analyze variances between standard and actual costs;
Support the costing of new products and new collections.
