We are seeking an experienced bDental Business Development Recruitment Sales Specialist /b to develop relationships with dental practices and sell Desort’s recruitment services nationwide. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProspect dental practices and identify new business opportunities /li liContact practice owners, managers, executives, and hiring decision-makers /li liIdentify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions /li liSell recruitment and staffing services and generate new dental clients /li liProspect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals /li liBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective clients /li liFollow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships /li liWork with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 pbExperience in BOTH sales/business development AND recruitment/staffing is required. /b /p ul liPrevious experience in bsales, business development, client acquisition,
