We look forward to getting to know you. /ppfull time - unlimited /ppbYour contribution to the energy transition /b /ppAs our OM Manager (technical) you are responsible for the overall performance and reliability of a portfolio of photovoltaic plants. bThe role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and client management /b, ensuring that all assets are operated and maintained in compliance with contractual, safety, and performance requirements. You’ll coordinate subordinate OM resources, while also personally managing a portfolio of Solar PV plants, including client interface, subcontractors, and technical decision-making. /ppThis position reports into our Team Leader for OM and will be bbased in-office /bpreferably in Verona however Milan based is also an option. /ppYou can look forward to the following tasks; /pulliSupervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring system /liliCollection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADA /liliDefine and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies /liliManagement of interventions to restore the plants. /liliTechnical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutions /liliPlanning, scheduling,



and controlling of preventive maintenance /liliOn-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance works /liliSupport in the management of plant improvement / revamping projects /liliReporting /liliPreparation of economic offers /liliCommunications with customers /liliAvailability to work during weekend /liliSupport to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.) /liliReviews safety and environmental documentation on site /liliSupport hiring, onboarding, and development of OM personnel /liliEnsure compliance with OM contracts, SLAs, and KPIs /liliSelect, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors /liliIdentify and implement process improvements /li /ulpbYour energy is required /b /ppYou impress us with these qualifications; /pulliTechnical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields /lili5 to 10 years of experience in Operations Maintenance of photovoltaic plants /liliAdditional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plus /liliProven experience in team coordination or management /liliHands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms /liliFamiliarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimization /liliKnowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) /liliAbility to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset /liliWillingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locations /liliKnowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel, CMMS platforms) /li /ulpYou have more to offer?
