We know the value of our customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues. We are looking for a hands‐on Head of Sales to lead and develop our Telematics sales function in Milan.
You will play a key role in developing the team, enhancing sales processes, strengthening collaboration, and driving consistent commercial performance. The role requires someone who can balance short-cycle transactional business with longer, consultative sales opportunities, whilst supporting both new business growth and account development. By working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure customers maximise the value of our solutions and services.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and creating the structure and processes needed to support sustainable growth.
This role blends new business acquisition with account management and cross-selling, ensuring customers not only join Radius but actively use our products. You will work closely with other departments to develop new business opportunities, build long‐term relationships with custom
