and troubleshooting via remote diagnostics and on- site in Northern Europe /li /ul ul liProven experience of 3+ years in automation as Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineer or similar role /li liTrack record of deploying automation solutions (machines) in the field /li liApply solution thinking (consider all aspects of the automation solution) /li liMindset of ownership of the product /li liProject management skills /li liAs it has not been done before, apply agile work style to iterate quickly to get to solution /li liWork self-directed and solution oriented (we are a remote first company) /li liExcellent communication skills /li liOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExperience in customer interaction/client-facing /li liB.Sc. in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or similar field; /li liMaster’s degree is a plus /li liWilling and excited to travel up to 80% of total time /li liEnglish proficiency /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
