pIn this role, you will shape global capability across the Performance Materials (PM) Business Unit. Based in bBarcelona /b or bMilan /b, this role drives learning excellence that delivers measurable business impact. /ph3What You Will Deliver /h3ulliDefine functional competencies in partnership with subject matter experts, align proficiency levels to job roles, and deploy them consistently across the PM Business Unit /liliConduct learning needs analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify and prioritize capability gaps in alignment with the PM Business Unit strategy /liliDesign and develop blended learning programs, online and in-person interventions, and practical tools that drive measurable on-the-job application /liliLead end-to-end implementation of learning programs, including workshop facilitation, coordination with local capability champions, and evaluation of learning effectiveness and behavior change /liliConsult and advise stakeholders on the latest learning and development methodologies and technologies to advance the PM Business Unit strategy /liliFoster collaboration and shared learning opportunities between PM and other DKSH business units globally /liliBuild and maintain strong partnerships with Fantree Academy and external vendors to ensure quality, relevance,



and sustainability of learning services /liliAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliPrior experience in the chemicals distribution industry or with specialty chemicals clients is strongly preferred and will be a key differentiator /liliStrong understanding of end-to-end chemicals distribution operations, commercial workflows, and industry-specific capability needs /liliExperience in learning and development or functional capability development roles in a multinational organization /liliProven expertise in learning needs diagnosis, content creation for both classroom and digital formats, and delivery of in-person and virtual training across multiple markets /liliDemonstrated track record of implementing complex, cross-regional learning projects /liliProficiency in office productivity tools including Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), Azure, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint /liliProficiency in instructional design tools such as Elucidat, Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar platforms /liliStrong appreciation for cultural sensitivities with the ability to operate effectively in international and cross-cultural environments /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in one or more European language is preferred /li /ulh3Why Join DKSH /h3pAt DKSH, we help companies grow globally and enable people to perform at their best.
