Zimmer Biomet seeks a Sales Representative for the Toscana territory to sell orthopedic reconstruction and trauma products to hospitals and surgeons. The role requires achieving regional sales targets, building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and maintaining market presence across the assigned area.
Responsibilities
Sell RECON and TDS product lines exclusively, focusing on GOLD and PLATINUM accounts
Develop and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide product training and follow up on leads directed by Regional Sales Manager
Maintain CRM data accuracy and submit monthly performance and competitive reports
Execute divisional sales strategies and ensure regular hospital territory coverage




Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong orthopedic market knowledge and competitor product understanding
Proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Clinical expertise and health economics understanding
Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly
CRM proficiency, analytical problem-solving capability
Compensation:
€47,****** annual base salary minimum; additional bonuses and benefits per collective labour agreement
