Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll cycles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
You will ensure timely, accurate processing, audits, and compliance with local laws while leading a payroll team and coordinating with HR and Finance.
Responsibilities include system enhancements with HRIS, managing KPI metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
A CPP or equivalent is preferred, with strong leadership and change-management skills.
