Ideally, I would like someone who:
* Has proven experience and excellent references.
* Is mature and responsible. Ideally, a mother herself or someone with extensive experience caring for more than one child at the same time.
* Is confident and experienced in caring for babies and young children.
* Has a valid driving licence.
