Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Execute the regional sales plan for PV modules in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Achieve annual targets for sales revenue, receivables collection, and new customer acquisition within assigned regional markets.
Ensure all business activities strictly comply with local regional laws and regulations, as well as the company's internal control policies.
Proactively gather and analyze market intelligence, including market dynamics, competitor activities, policy changes, and industry trends across
assigned regional markets ,
and provide regular market analysis reports.
Deeply cultivate local customer relationships, develop and manage regional distributors, and build a stable and efficient sales channel network within the responsible regions.
Contract & Process Management
Lead the entire sales contract lifecycle, including negotiation, signing, and execution follow-up for regional business projects.
Oversee compliance standards, delivery schedules, and receivable collection risks throughout the entire regional business process.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, operations, customer service) to efficiently resolve issues related to order execution and customer service, ensuring smooth business operations in responsible regions.
